From simple food truths to devoted locavorism, these inspiring books have served as a cornerstone in my journey towards a healthier lifestyle – in addition to the wonderful education and training I received in nutrition. This recommended reading list is a compilation of the books that have touched me most in my health journey. Although I am aware that some of these books are not evidence-based, I share them because of the author’s perspective on healthy living. Whether you are just beginning to think about making a lifestyle change towards healthier living or you need inspiration to continue, this list serves as a guide for inspiration and change.
